In 1994, a newspaper ad changed everything. A small trophy foundry in Novo Hamburgo became one of the most agile foundries in Brazil. One promise that never changes: meet the deadline.

Centrifugally cast tubes, rotors, blocks, rods — and everything else made to order in our foundry in Novo Hamburgo, Brazil. For industrial applications where the part cannot fail.

From design to
finished part.

Five integrated production lines under one roof, with our own metallurgical lab.

Gravity casting

From design to final inspection: pattern, cold-cure mold, induction-furnace melting, pouring, cooling, and testing.

Centrifugal casting

Seamless tubes via rotating molds. Up to 1,600 kg, Ø 78 to 920 mm — in carbon steel, stainless steel and special alloys.

Heat treatment

Controlled cycles for quenching, stress relief, normalization and solution annealing — properties tailored to each project.

Pre-machining

In-house lathes for centrifugally cast tubes — pre-machined or final-machined and ready for assembly.

05

Testing in our own lab

Dimensional inspection, hardness, dye-penetrant testing and spectrometry — full traceability part by part, no third parties.

About Prosekon

More than three decades
casting trust.

Since 1994, in Lomba Grande, Novo Hamburgo, Prosekon has been turning raw material into critical components for Brazilian industry — from mechanical design to finished product.

Across 8,900 m² of industrial site, we operate 2 induction furnaces and 4 crucibles (300, 600 and 1,000 kg) — total melting capacity up to 1,800 kg. We run 3 centrifugal machines with molds from Ø 78 mm to 920 mm, in various lengths.

With our own metallurgical lab and specialized technical team, we deliver more than 100 tons monthly of certified parts to clients who demand productivity, durability and resistance.
